McCall Architecture and McCall Construction completed this design/build project with direction from the owner to create a contemporary office environment with a smooth workflow for the employees and ease of navigation for the patients.

The use of aluminum storefront, stone, wood, and stucco allowed us to produce an exterior facade in keeping with the contemporary character. Also, utilizing wood on the interior of the building allowed for a more relaxed atmosphere.

Three dermatologists occupy the space, utilizing 13 Exam Rooms and 2 Procedure Rooms. Each doctor has a private office with a dedicate staff station for each Doctor’s support team.

2 Esthetician rooms are available with support space for cleaning of supplies and storage of product.

A MOHS lab includes two cryostat machines with a separate MOHS waiting area for patients in process.

The building includes staff 3 staff offices, a reception area sized to accommodate 4 staff members, and sufficient storage space divided into two storage rooms.

A large Multipurpose room includes conference capabilities as well as lunch or break room amenities. Adjacent to this space is a screened porch for staff use.

There are three staff entrances, two patient entrances, and the main patient entrance includes a covered vehicle drop off canopy.
