SGMC Doctors’ Office Buildout

This new interior build-out of unoccupied/unfinished space on the second floor of SGMC’s existing Medical Office Building included 6,517 sf of space with 11 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, offices, reception, waiting, and support areas.  This space is now occupied by a surgical doctors group.

The project included full interior design, furniture and art selection, procurement and installation.
